Upper Respiratory
Catopia takes great pride in providing you and your special kitty friend with the cleanest and healthiest feline boarding facility in the Northeast Florda, Southeast Georgia area. However, no boarding kennel is 100% safe from Feline Upper Respiratory Infection, including us. You do take a risk each time you board your cat and there are no guarantees against F.U.R.I. at Catopia, we exercise the utmost in care to keep our facility clean, sanitary and properly enclosed. We check each and every feline guest for visible signs of fleas and disease before he/she ever enters any one of our resort suites.
If you feel that your cat is sick or may be sick, we kindly request that you phone ahead to inform us of his/her illness before boarding. We must take every precaution, as Feline Upper Respiratory Infection is very serious and can infect our facility and the other cats staying with us. This is the only thing Catopia has no control of and therefore, we leave the responsibility to you as an owner to be accountable for your pet. If your cat is discovered with F.U.R.I., we will do our best to isolate your kitty from the others, so as to not spread the illness. We will also contact one of our Catopia Veterinarians immediately for treatment. All vet and delivery charges will apply.
